We want you to be happy with your purchase from The Worm Store. If you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help.
30-Day Returns
You can request a return for most new items within 30 days of delivery.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. For items sold with a factory seal, that seal must be intact and unbroken.
How to Start a Return
1. Please email us at info@theworm.store with your order number and the reason for your return. 2. We will reply with detailed instructions on how to send your item back. 3. Pack the item securely and ship it according to the instructions.
No Exchanges
Because we specialize in unique items and typically only carry one of any given SKU, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If we made a mistake or your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and will offer a full refund or a replacement.
Other Returns (e.g., Changed Your Mind)
For returns of items that meet the "Conditions for Return" above, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive the item, we will issue a full refund for the product's price.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that returns that do not meet our conditions may be subject to a partial refund or may be returned to you.
