Shipping policy

  • All orders ship from Crystal Springs, Mississippi, United States, within 1 business day (often same-day and Saturday morning).
  • Shipping is calculated at checkout from the carrier's live rate for your address, based on the weight and size of your order. You will see USPS, UPS and FedEx options and can choose whichever you prefer.
  • Most small/light items ship via USPS Ground Advantage.
  • Larger items typically ship via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground/Home, and may use SurePost or other economy services. Unfortunately these larger items can only be shipped within the Continental United States. For PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the US territories, only USPS options will appear at checkout, because UPS and FedEx do not deliver to those destinations.
  • Media Mail (USPS) may be used when applicable for books, DVDs, etc.
  • In line with our mission to prevent waste, we ship nearly all packages in reused boxes with reused packing materials and shipping labels. We take extra precaution to ensure that every package is packed securely in order to prevent damage.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary.
  • Once your order is with the carrier, they are responsible for its safe delivery. However, if you experience any issues like a delay or a lost package, please contact us. We are here to help you work with the carrier to resolve the situation.
  • In the unfortunate event that your package is missing after it has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we recommend checking with your neighbors and waiting an additional day or two. Sometimes packages are mis-delivered by the carrier. If you are still unable to locate your package, please file a report with your local law enforcement (as well as the USPIS if the package was sent via US Mail). Please contact us if this happens. We are happy to assist in the investigation by providing any necessary documentation about your shipment to the authorities.
  • Delivery and/or pickup is offered only within the immediate Crystal Springs, MS, area. For local purchase, please contact us via chat, email, or phone.
