Shipping policy

  • All orders ship from Crystal Springs, Mississippi, United States, within 1 business day (often same-day and Saturday morning).
  • Orders totaling more than $10 ship for free.
  • Most small/light items ship via USPS Ground Advantage.
  • Larger items typically ship via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground/Home, and may use SurePost or other economy services. Unfortunately these larger items cannot be shipped outside the Continental United States.
  • Media Mail (USPS) is used when applicable for books, DVDs, etc.
  • In line with our mission to prevent waste, we ship nearly all packages in reused boxes with reused packing materials and shipping labels. We take extra precaution to ensure that every package is packed securely in order to prevent damage.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
  • Once your order is with the carrier, they are responsible for its safe delivery. However, if you experience any issues like a delay or a lost package, please contact us. We are here to help you work with the carrier to resolve the situation.
  • In the unfortunate event that your package is missing after it has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we recommend checking with your neighbors and waiting an additional day or two. Sometimes packages are mis-delivered by the carrier. If you are still unable to locate your package, please file a report with your local law enforcement (as well as the USPIS if the package was sent via US Mail). Please contact us if this happens. We are happy to assist in the investigation by providing any necessary documentation about your shipment to the authorities.
